Our philosophy is simple: personal safety starts long before any physical confrontation occurs. At P3 Defence, we prioritise awareness, decision-making, and behaviour over the use of force. Through our P3's Predict–Prevent–Protect approach, we provide self defence training that empowers individuals to: predict risk by reading environments and detecting pre-incident indicators, prevent harm through awareness, positioning, and early action, and protect themselves only as a last resort. This training is particularly beneficial for students in transition year self defence programs, helping them build essential skills for real-world situations.
At P3 Defence, we provide practical, real-world self defence training tailored to a variety of groups across Ireland. Our offerings include Transition Year Programmes, which feature immersive self-defence and awareness training specifically designed for students. We also conduct School Workshops that deliver age-appropriate safety and resilience sessions. For the corporate sector, our Corporate Safety Training focuses on personal safety and situational awareness for staff.
